Deaths - Death of Jean-François LATTY

It is with great sadness that the Société Française des Parfumeurs informs you of the death of Jean-François LATTY.

Trained at the in-house perfumery school of Roure Bertrand Fils and Justin Dupont, Jean-François Latty pursued his career as a perfumer with Roure, IFF and Takasago before passing away.Jean-François Latty pursued his career as a perfumer with Roure, IFF and Takasago before setting up his own company, JFL Créations, in 2000, then joining Téo Cabanel as in-house perfumer.

As a senior Parfumeur, Jean-François was advisor to ASFO for the creation of the Grasse Institute of Perfumery between 2000 and 2002, then principal trainer between 2002 and 2005.

Resting at the Athanée de Grasse from the evening of Wednesday January 9th, Jean-François' funeral ceremony will take place at the Cathédrale de Grasse on Friday January 11th at 2.30pm.

The Société Française des Parfumeurs offers Jean-François' family its most sincere condolences.
